Professional Career: Horacio played Major League Baseball for the Atlanta Braves (2003-2006), Seattle Mariners (2006-2008), Kansas City Royals (2008), Washington Nationals (2009), San Francisco Giants (2010), and Los Ángeles of Anaheim (2011)

Horacio also played in the Mexico Winter League (Toros de Tijuana) and in the KBO League (Korea Professional League) for the Kia Tigers.

Horacio competed in the 2013 World Baseball Classic, representing Mexico.

Coaching Career: Horacio was part of the 2014 Atlanta Braves Coaching Staff
