CAMPS & PROGRAMS

Throughout the year, we offer a wide variety of camps and clinics for baseball players of all ages and skill levels! Click on the videos above to see what we’re all about!

Spring Break Camp!

Spring break is the perfect time for players to get real work in, and our Spring Break Baseball Camp is built to do exactly that. Running April 6–9 from 9:00am-12:00pm, this four-day camp is designed for players ages 5–12 who want to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and compete in a high-energy training environment. Each day focuses on hitting, throwing, and fielding through fast-paced instruction, high-rep drills, and competitive games led by experienced coaches who prioritize development. The cost is $200, spots are limited, and this camp is an ideal tune-up heading into the heart of the season!

Arm Development Program by The Baseball Lab

The Arm Development Program, led by Coach Graham Yntema, is built for players serious about gaining velocity, improving arm health, and building long-term strength. With proven results and a structured progression, athletes train multiple times a week in a focused, high-accountability environment. Every session blends mobility, strength, and throwing work designed to maximize performance and durability. Programs are based on each athlete’s specific needs and are structured to get the most out of each part of the season.

One hour classes from Monday through Thursday at 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm

$200 per month, 3x per week

Sub 2 Catching Program is Back!

Train like a pro behind the plate this fall! Our catchers classes is designed to sharpen every part of your game from receiving and blocking to throwing, strength, quickness, and mobility.

This isn’t basic instruction. It’s high-intensity, skill-driven work that builds confident, explosive, and complete catchers.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 7–8PM
$200/month for 2x per week
All Catchers ages 8-16 years old
